Hot Mary

1 oz. Fyren Gin

1 oz. Fiddle Gin

McClure’s Bloody Mary Mix

In shaker tin pour all ingredients over ice.  Shake well and pour into pint glass.  Garnish with your favorite Bloody Mary accompaniments.

Irish Tommy

2.5 oz.. Tom Gin

1 oz. creamer

2 small scoops of mint chocolate cocoa powder

Green food coloring

Fresh mint

Green sugar crystals

Put ice, Tom Gin, creamer, cocoa, and 2-3 drops of food coloring into shaker tin.  Shake well.

Pour into chilled Martini glass and top with green sugar crystals and fresh mint leaf.

Tom Cat Sour

1.5 oz. Tom Gin

1 oz. orange juice

1 oz. lemonade

Pour all ingredients into shaker tin with ice.  Shake well and strain into rocks glass.  Garnish with fresh orange wedge and cherry.

Blackberry Blast

2.5 oz. Fiddle Gin

1 sage leaf

3 blackberries

.5 oz. simple syrup

Fresh grated ginger

Soda water

Lemon bitters

Muddle 2 blackberries, 1 piece of broken up sage, and .5 oz of simple syrup in shaker tin.  Add ice, Fiddle Gin, and shake well.  Top with soda water and lemon bitters and one blackberry for garnish.

Bee’s Knees


1.5 oz. Fiddle Gin

.25 oz. honey

Juice of lemon wedge

In shaker tin add Fiddle Gin and honey.  Stir well until honey dissolves.  Add ice, lemon juice, and shake well.  Pour all ingredients including some ice, into a frosted Cosmo glass.  Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Fiddle Cosmo

1.5 oz. Fiddle Gin

1 oz. cranberry juice

.5 oz. Triple Sec

Juice of 1 each orange, lemon, and lime wedge


Pour all ingredients into shaker tin with ice.  Shake and strain into a chilled Martini glass.  Garnish with a lime twist.

Copper Fiddle Mule

1.5 oz. Fiddle Gin

.5 oz fresh lime juice

Ginger Beer

Pour Fiddle Gin and lime juice into shaker tin with ice.  Shake well and pour into a Copper Fiddle copper mug.  Top off with ginger beer.  Garnish with lime wedge.

Sweet Tart Daiquiri

Sweet Tart Daiquiri 

1.5 oz Copper Fiddle Silver Rum

Juice of 1/2 fresh lime

.25 oz raspberry syrup

.25 Copper Fiddle Fyren Gin

1 oz ginger ale  

Build all ingredients in shaker with ice. Lightly shaker serve in tall glass.  Garnish with slice of lemon and lime 


Part-time Bar Back Position

Copper Fiddle Distillery, in Lake Zurich, is looking to add to our family.  We are in need of a part-time bar back for Friday and Saturday nights. This position can potentially lead to becoming a part-time bartender.  Last call is 11pm.  Only serve cocktails made with our spirits.
