Cucumber Basil-tini

2 oz. Fiddle Gin
3 Basil Leaves
1/2 Lemon
.25 oz Simple Syrup
Splash of Ginger Kombucha
Splash of Sprite
3 Skinned cucumber slices

Muddle cucumber, 2 basil leaves and simple syrup in a shaker. Add ice, Gin, lemon juice and shake. Top with a splash of Kombucha and Sprite. Garnish with a basil leaf.

Clairvoyant Cucumber

2.5 oz.. Silver Rum

Fresh Basil


Simple Syrup



Muddle basil, 2 skinned cucumber slices, and simple syrup in a shaker tin.

Add ice, Silver Rum, juice from half a lemon, a splash of lemonade and shake well.

Pour into martini glass and garnish with cucumber skin and/ or lemon twist.

Mai Tai

.75 oz. Silver Rum

.75 oz. Gold Rum

1 oz. orange juice

1 oz. pineapple juice


1 Cherry

Put Silver Rum, Gold Rum, orange juice, and pineapple juice in a shaker tin with ice.  Shake well and pour into Collins glass.  Top off with Grenadine.  Cherry garnish.

Fiddle Manhattan

2 oz. Copper Fiddle Bourbon Whiskey

2 oz. apple juice

Splash of cherry juice

3 dashes bitters

Put all ingredients in shaker tin with ice.  Shake well and pour into rocks glass.  Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Old Time Religion

1.5 oz. Copper Fiddle Bourbon Whiskey

Juice from 1 lime wedge

3 oz. ginger Ale

Blend Copper Fiddle Bourbon Whiskey and fresh lime juice.  Pour over ice in Collins glass.  Top off with ginger ale.  Garnish with lime wedge.

The American Craft Spirits Association (ACSA) awards Copper Fiddle Bourbon Whiskey the Silver Medal in the 2017 Heartland Whiskey Competition.

The American Distilling Institute’s 2017 judging competition awarded Copper Fiddle Bourbon Whiskey the Bronze Medal. 

The Daily Herald 2017 Reader’s Choice Awards presented Copper Fiddle with the award for Best Distillery for the third year in a row.

Hot Mary

1 oz. Fiddle Gin

McClure’s Bloody Mary Mix

In shaker tin pour all ingredients over ice.  Shake well and pour into pint glass.  Garnish with your favorite Bloody Mary accompaniments.

Irish Tommy

2.5 oz.. Tom Gin

1 oz. creamer

2 small scoops of mint chocolate cocoa powder

Green food coloring

Fresh mint

Green sugar crystals

Put ice, Tom Gin, creamer, cocoa, and 2-3 drops of food coloring into shaker tin.  Shake well.

Pour into chilled Martini glass and top with green sugar crystals and fresh mint leaf.

Tom Cat Sour

1.5 oz. Tom Gin

1 oz. orange juice

1 oz. lemonade

Pour all ingredients into shaker tin with ice.  Shake well and strain into rocks glass.  Garnish with fresh orange wedge and cherry.
