- 2 oz Mango Juice
- 2 oz Copper Fiddle Rum
- Top with Ginger Beer
Drink of the Weekend: Southside Fizz
1.5 oz Fiddle Gin.5 Lime Juice
.5 Simple Syrup
3-4 Mint Leaves
Muddle mint, lime juice and simple syrup
Add gin and ice and shake well
Strain into Collins Glass
Top with soda
Garnish with Mint Sprig

Copper Fiddle Distillery, in Lake Zurich, is looking to add to our family. We are in need of a part-time bar back for Friday and Saturday nights. This position can potentially lead to becoming a part-time bartender. Last call is 11pm. Only serve cocktails made with our spirits. There is no food served here. Copper Fiddle Distillery has been awarded the 2015 Business of the Year by the Lake Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce (LZACC) at the annual Evening of Excellence Awards Banquet on Saturday, January 24th, 2016 at Concorde Banquets in Kildeer.
The winner was selected based upon:
• their involvement in and support of the community
• significant accomplishments, improvements, or success stories achieved this year
• leadership roles or significant accomplishments in the community or industry served
• philanthropic contributions made in the community
A panel composed of the five past LZACC Presidents determined winners of Business of the Year 2015.
