Pour Gin, Simple Syrup & Lemon Juice into a rocks glass with ice
Top with soda water
Garnish: Rosemary Sprig and Lemon Wedge
*Rosemary Simple Syrup:
1 c Water
1 c Superfine Cane Sugar
.25 c Minced Rosemary
Bring water to a boil. Add sugar and rosemary, stir until sugar is dissolved. Steep rosemary for 45 min. Pour into a new container, straining out the rosemary. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
